“You have multiplied, oh Lord my God, your wondrous deeds and your thoughts toward us; none can compare with you! I will proclaim and tell of your wondrous deeds, yet they are more than can be told.” Psalm 40:5

After a day like today, one of the only things we can say is how great our God is. We have so many amazing stories to share of the faithfulness of God.

We had a great nights rest last night which means our students are that much more prepared to go out into ministry. Our day started off with a wonderful meal prepared for us by our fantastic cooks. We are so blessed by them serving us with their gifts and time.
One of Awe Stars biggest motto’s while on the mission field is that we are fluid, not flexible. This enables us to be open and able to go wherever God wants us to go. This morning, a door was opened for us to go perform the drama at a school here in Mexico. Even though our students are on their spring break, the students of Mexico are still in school. This is good for us because it gives us the opportunity to go and share the gospel.

We arrived at the school and were immediately surrounded by crowds of students. There were 300 students in our first school, we gave an invitation and many came to know Christ. One of our leaders was speaking with the director of the school, who told us that he knew the director of another school nearby. He loved our message and what we were doing so much he gave us the opportunity to go share our message of hope and the gospel with even more students, Gloria a Dios!

We got the opportunity to perform two dramas at this second school. The first time was for eighth grade students and the second time was for the older high school students. In total we performed the drama for over 1000 students in one day, which means that many more people got to hear the gospel. While some students were uninterested and had hardened hearts, many paid close attention and surrendered their lives to follow Christ. We were glad that no student was left that did not get a chance to hear the gospel and surrender their lives to Jesus.

After our last performance of the drama the students headed to a supermarket called Soriana. Although our crowd was much smaller in comparison to what it had been at the schools, our students performed with enthusiasm and joy. Our final drama of the day was at a pulga, this time we were performing much later in the day and so we had a much bigger crowd.

Because today was such a full day, after dinner our students broke off into their MOM and POP time to discuss how they can better speak into and serve one another. Tomorrow we have another full day of ministry so please keep us in your prayers! Pray against the attacks of the enemy on our health and that our students stay hydrated and healthy. We want to see God move in incredible ways and are excited to see what he will do!
